1) select or use as a Soul Hospital ID a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; or 2) use as a Soul Hospital ID a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

Soul Hospital reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a Soul Hospital ID in its discretion. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Soul Hospital password.
 

5. - USER CONDUCT

As a condition of use, you promise not to use our services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by Soul Hospital.

By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to use our services:

5) To create or submit unwanted email (spam) to any other Soul Hospital users or any URL;

6) To violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws);

7) To submit stories or comments linking to affiliate programs, multi-level marketing schemes, sites/blogs repurposing existing stories, or off-topic content;

8) With the exception of accessing RSS feeds, you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the site for any purpose without our express written permission. Additionally, you agree that you will not: A) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the site or any activities conducted on the site; or B) bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the site;

9) With the intention of artificially inflating or altering your Soul Hospital account, comments, or any other Soul Hospital service, including by way of creating separate user accounts for the purpose of artificially altering Soul Hospital's services; giving or receiving money or other remuneration in exchange for votes; or participating in any other organized effort that in any way artificially alters the results of Soul Hospital's services;

10) To advertise to, or solicit, any user to buy or sell any products or services. It is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from our services in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any user without their prior explicit consent;

Soul Hospital may remove any content and Soul Hospital accounts at any time for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such content), or for no reason at all. Soul Hospital may terminate or suspend any and all services and your Soul Hospital account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of the terms or conditions of the Terms of Use. Upon termination of your account, your right to use our services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your Soul Hospital account, you may simply discontinue using our services.

SOUL HOSPITAL, and other Soul Hospital graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are registered trademarks of Soul Hospital.

The logos illustrating each TV series/story are modified and used just to make easier the identification of each TV series and submitted story.

Obviously these logos, graphics or designs aren’t registered trademarks of Soul Hospital. Instead they are registered trademarks of the respective owner.

As has been said, Soul Hospital respects the intellectual property of others. It is Soul Hospital's policy to respond expeditiously to claims of copyright and other intellectual property infringement. So, if the owner of the graphics, logos or designs used to illustrate each TV series/story claims the intellectual property infringement of their material it will be immediately removed from Soul Hospital.
